Return Policy

At thebuzzbrew.com, we strive to provide high-quality tea and coffee products you’ll love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within [14/30] days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of promotional bundles may not be eligible for return.
  • If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 7days with unboxing video
  • We will verify the product and unboxing video, we will deliver replacement product within 5-7 working days
  • Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working days

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used tea and coffee items
  • Custom or special orders
  • If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 7days with unboxing video
  • We will verify the product and unboxing video, we will deliver replacement product within 5-7 working days
  • Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working days

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at thebuzzbrew@skcgroup.net with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
